First Responder and Military Spouses
Fire · Law enforcement · EMS · Dispatch · MilitaryLoving someone who runs toward danger asks a lot of the people at home. You keep the household steady through long shifts, missed holidays, and the quiet worry no one else sees. This is a place where you get support too.

You might be…
- Carrying the household and the emotional load while your partner is on shift
- Worrying about their safety, or bracing every time the phone rings
- Feeling distant or out of sync when they come home after a hard call
- Carrying the weight of what your partner has seen, even when they can’t share it or you can’t fully understand it
- Managing shifting schedules, missed milestones, and solo parenting
- Noticing the stress of the job showing up in your marriage or family
- Feeling like no one outside this life really gets it
Your experience matters, even when the spotlight is on the person in uniform. The strain on first responder and military families is real, and it deserves care.
How we’ll work together
As a first responder’s wife myself, I understand the unique rhythms of this lifestyle: the schedules, the culture, and the things that are hard to explain to people outside of it.
Together, we’ll make space for your own needs, build tools for stress, worry, and communication, and strengthen connection at home in a way that fits your family’s reality. I also support teen and preteen girls in first responder and military families as they navigate the demands this life can place on them.
Sessions are online and confidential, so you can schedule around shift work and join from wherever feels most private.
